At Kleid & Co., quality control is an essential part of every stage of our manufacturing process. Our Quality Check Department ensures that garments are carefully inspected for construction, appearance, measurements, materials, and finishing before they are prepared for delivery.
Every product represents our clients’ brands and our manufacturing standards. That is why our quality control team follows careful inspection procedures to identify inconsistencies and ensure every garment meets the required specifications.
Quality starts with the right materials. Every fabric is carefully inspected for flaws, consistency, texture, weight, and overall quality before entering production, helping us maintain reliable results throughout manufacturing.
Consistent colors are essential to every collection. We carefully compare fabrics, prints, and finished garments against the approved color requirements to maintain accuracy across production.
We focus on getting things right from the beginning. Our RIF checking process reviews garments during production to identify construction, measurement, design, and finishing issues before they move to the next stage.
Before packaging, every finished garment undergoes a detailed final inspection. We check stitching, seams, measurements, labels, trims, printing, embroidery, and overall finishing to ensure the product meets the approved specifications.
Performance and durability matter. Where required, we test fabric GSM, color fastness, bleeding, and washing performance to help ensure garments maintain their appearance, comfort, and quality through regular use and care.
At Kleid & Co., quality is not simply the final step — it is part of our entire manufacturing process. From raw materials to finished garments, we maintain careful standards to deliver apparel that brands can confidently put their name on.
