While Kleid & Co. makes reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, production or delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including material availability, shipping delays, customs procedures, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery dates are therefore not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Payments
Payment terms will be communicated and agreed upon before production begins.
Customers are responsible for making payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in production delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of an order.
Any applicable additional charges will be communicated to the customer before they are incurred where reasonably possible.
8. Design and Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use any designs, logos, trademarks, artwork, or other intellectual property supplied to Kleid & Co.
By providing such materials, the customer confirms that their use does not knowingly infringe the rights of another party.
Kleid & Co. will use customer-provided designs and branding materials for the purposes of fulfilling the agreed project.
9. Product Quality and Variations
Kleid & Co. strives to maintain consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Because apparel is manufactured using physical materials and production processes, minor variations in color, measurements, texture, stitching, or finishing may occur and may not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Any quality concerns should be reported to Kleid & Co. within a reasonable period after receiving the products.
10. Returns, Replacements, and Defects
Because many Kleid & Co. products are custom manufactured, returns or cancellations may be subject to specific project terms.
If products are found to have a genuine manufacturing defect or do not materially match the approved specifications, customers should contact us promptly with relevant details and supporting evidence.
